Delivery and Returns Policy
Once your order is ready it is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming this. Your order can be tracked by logging into your account.
All orders placed before 1pm will ship for delivery the next day. (Excluding weekends and bank holidays)
There is a delivery charge added to your order based on the product you have purchased. This is added at checkout.
If you wish to return your product(s), all of the information you need is below & in the returns form you received with your order.
If your product is faulty within 28 days, please email CustomerCare.email@example.com and follow the instructions on your returns form. On receipt of your product back at our warehouse it is inspected.
There is a 14-day cooling off period on your order and you are entitled to return your product within this timeframe. On receipt of your product back at our warehouse it is inspected.
- All returned products must have their packaging and all accessories returned
- There should be no physical or water damage
- All locks and pins should be removed, and your device factory reset
If the above is not adhered to your order will be returned to you
